I am working professional female looking for two housemates for my 3x2 property in High Wycombe. The house is brand new and has two large rooms available.
ABOUT ME:
I am a considerate and fairly easy going person who doesn't smoke or party that much and I tend to be quite a private person. I work away often and will not be home much and when back home, I am usually at the gym or socialising with friends.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is furnished (not the rooms) with ample fridge and pantry space, dining suite, modern kitchen, lounge, washing machine and an outdoor patio area. The house also has ducted evaporative air-conditioning.
LOCATION:
The house is walking distance to the High Wycombe Shopping Centre and 10km to the domestic and international airports. It is also close to Abernethy Road, Midland and Guildford and the house is situated a 300m walking distance to bus stops on Kalamunda Road where the 295, 296 and 299 buses take you directly into the city.
I am only looking for responsible, clean and tidy people to share my house with.
