? Shared Bathroom with just 1 other person which will be cleaned and maintained for you.

? The house is fully secured.
? The house is fully furnished, complete with an outdoor setting and outside fridge to store bulk drinks etc.
? Reverse cycle Air-conditioner that cools the whole house.
? Theatre Room with a library of DVD's and surround sound.
? There is a Shopping Centre (Coles) about 70 metres down the road located on Kalamunda Road, and a major Shopping Centre 10 minutes away (Midland Gate) and also Belmont Forum is about 14 minutes away and a short 25 minute drive to the City.
? Includes internet via WIFI (within reason)
? Includes upkeep of the house (within reason)
Preferably looking for a FIFO worker, however, we will consider someone who is not FIFO, but they must be employed Full-time. No age restrictions but must be mature, tidy and respectful. Party animals need not apply.
